arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition! I ended up getting the cheering version and haven't had any problems. She's been on my bag I take to work (so she's been dragged around a lot) and hasn't had any problems with her hair, clothing or anything. She's very well made and I hope to get another soon! the photo of her on my bag is about a month after i got her while the other is immediately after getting her. (do note that if you want to use her as a keychain, she does have a loop at the top of her head for the chain but doesn't have the chain itself. I had to use one of my own)

The packaging is beautiful! Was very excited to get this after preordering and it was worth the wait.

This plushie is very big and soft. Perfect size for hugging, very squishy as expected. Clearly it was made with lots of care and was worth the money. Amazing plush!

Very detailed and well made! She arrived wrapped in loads of bubble wrap and a very obvious "fragile" sticker on the shipping box. She has no paint defects, scuff marks, broken parts or anything wrong with her. It took a little force to get her in her stand properly but that just made her stand up without risk of falling out or getting loose. She's extremely detailed with a textured jacket and nothing wrong with her finer parts.

The figure is beautiful! Came in original box, and very protected by a lot of bubble wrap. Plus the monthly themed postcards are so cute!

I absolutely love anime but not really figurines due to the fact I was never really a huge fan of figurines that have too many parts to them or just didn't have good quality to them but I was so shocked when I bought two of these figurines and how beautiful they were great quality no messy parts easy to assemble they were just gorgeous made me a very happy girl thank you so much
