After nearly two years of waiting, my dragon boy has finally arrived, and I couldn’t be happier! While the wait was long due to the initial delay, he was absolutely worth it. The deluxe version is stunning—the craftsmanship is incredible, and he is a perfect 1:1 representation of the splash art.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to the customer service team. Since it had already passed the expected arrival date, I reached out to check on his status, and they were so friendly and reassuring. They promised me he would be shipped out soon, and they kept their word!

When he finally arrived, the packaging was top-tier and extremely secure; even with such a large box, it arrived in perfect condition. I am so happy to finally have him home. If you’ve been on the fence about the deluxe version, do not hesitate—he is gorgeous!

However thanks to Otaku Owlet, I can buy figurines and collectibles of my favorite Honkai Star Rail characters. This business is super friendly and caring for their customers. This product got delayed, which I didn't mind waiting longer than the expected date. I had good faith in this business for safely caring for this product. However, they exceeded my expectations when they put in a card for apologizing for the delay as well as a freebie art board of Robin that came with my figures. That particular art board I planned on buying it later on down the road, but thanks to this business my Robin figure sits in a shadow box with that beautiful art board. Because of this outcome, this business is my number one go to for Hoyo products and vocaloid products.
