This package was well packed and the figure is super cute. This is my most expensive figure currently and she feels and looks pretty good quality. I wish her ita bag had a little better detail but she's still very pretty!

really nice! The store had 3 of the plushies i wanted and even the genshin kid blind boxes like 2 cases! This place is stocked up on mihoyo products. I was pretty worried about the dream kinich plush not having the clear plastic inclusion, but the workers helped me digitally and physically searched (seeing through the plastic window) and was reassured! Thank you so much I love my plush and thank you for making small talk with us about our drinks ^^

The plush is so soft and high quality :) He even has a bit of blush and the bandana is sewed in. Love

Package arrived in a reasonable timeframe (week and a half wait) and was easily trackable. Packaging was done well and the ordered item arrived in pristine condition. Would order again for any collector items, especially since the price I paid was quite good relative to other offers.

Shop was very transparent about shipping delays. Miku arrived here unscathed. She's just your normal fuwa. fuwafuwa~

The quality of the plushie is extremely high, very big and perfect to hug, this is definitely one of the best wuwa plushies and I hope they'll make more similar to this

I pre-ordered these back in November of 2025, it was my first time buying off of otakuowlet and I was a little nervous since I had never seen any reviews/unboxing videos of people buying from them prior. But I wasn't disappointed! After a while I reached out about the status of my pre-orders and they responded within a good time & told me the updates :] when my figures came in they were in perfect condition (including the boxes) & are genuine figures!! Needless to say I'm pleasantly surprised!! Will buy from here again most likely ^.^ ♡

I pre-ordered this back in November and was so anxious to get it that I decided to contact the shop. They answered quickly and gave me updates! The figure arrived shortly after the shipping date that was estimated when I pre-ordered and in perfect condition, covered in bubble wrap. Super thoughtful team!

I wanted this Miku figure ever since I went and saw the movie. It’s one of my favorites.

I love that it's winter miku. She dressed in purple and black; matching the aesthetic of kuromi. I love the kuromi on her shoulder. The garden belt being kuromi's tail.is a cute touch. The stance she's in feels so sassy and teasy. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase of KuromiXMiku. This set was beautiful together.
