The item was packaged well and the delivery came faster than I expected! The plushie was in perfect condition and is super adorable and soft. She's big and huggable as well! I've been wanting a Luka plushie for ages and I couldn't be happier! I love her so much!! This was my first time ordering from Otaku Owlet, but the business card with the shop's mascot that came with it was also super cute! All in all, this was a super pleasant experience as a first time shopper and I will definitely be ordering more Vocaloid goods from Otaku Owlet again in the future ❤️
