Very detailed and well made! She arrived wrapped in loads of bubble wrap and a very obvious "fragile" sticker on the shipping box. She has no paint defects, scuff marks, broken parts or anything wrong with her. It took a little force to get her in her stand properly but that just made her stand up without risk of falling out or getting loose. She's extremely detailed with a textured jacket and nothing wrong with her finer parts.

The figure is beautiful! Came in original box, and very protected by a lot of bubble wrap. Plus the monthly themed postcards are so cute!

I absolutely love anime but not really figurines due to the fact I was never really a huge fan of figurines that have too many parts to them or just didn't have good quality to them but I was so shocked when I bought two of these figurines and how beautiful they were great quality no messy parts easy to assemble they were just gorgeous made me a very happy girl thank you so much

I've wanted this figure since she was revealed, and I wasn't let down when I finally got my hands on her. Shipping process was quick and easy, and she came completely unharmed. Looks just like advertised, the box is very nice for displaying too cuz it's transparent plastic.

I've gotten a few things from OtakuOwlet now, and they are always transparent about shipping updates/changes and are very timely! I am glad I was able to get this nui!! He is very cute and perfect, and was packaged in an additional snap-closure bag for extra protection which I appreciate especially for plush material.

I still have not opened any of them yet, but they're super cute! i appreciate that of the six packs, each is specifically shuffled around of the six possible scents so you don't get any doubles in one pack. each pack has three and you get one of each design in the full box. love them, can't wait to open them and put them up in my car!

The plushie is really cute and soft! When I saw this was getting released, I knew I had to pre-order it.

They let me know that the preorder ETA for my Miku bag had been pushed back a month (which I was fine with because LOOK at her!!) and when they did receive the merch it arrived to me in probably a few days at most! I would definitely preorder/buy from them again! n.n
