It was my first time ever pre-ordering an item, so I was skeptical even when the product was scheduled to be shipped in. I reached out to customer support, and they responded quickly, confirming that my order arrived to be packaged and sent to my address. The figure itself was very high quality, and it was wrapped several times to keep any pieces from moving. There was absolutely 0 damage to anything, the detail was beautiful, and it was all for a very affordable and fair price. I'll be ordering from OtakuOwlet more in the future, because this was a perfect experience.

This may be the most adorable plushie I own. The clothing is really nicely made and detailed. The arms have an internal skeleton so they can be positioned a little bit, though the plushie is stuffed more stiffly so it can't move too much. I got Kaito, and the hair is a different blue from the product photo (it matches the scarf color more). It arrived in the brand bag. I got this as preorder, but it still arrived earlier than expected! I had also combined orders for this which OtakuOwlet was kind enough to do.

Im such a big fan of Miku. One of the best purchases I've ever made. Gald I checked the reviews to see that this jacket was oversize. Love the design of the this jacket, the hidden flaps on the arms, the little pocket where I could put a photo card, and the hoodie design. Overall, best jacket I have so far.

Super duper cute, fluffy, and soft (really soft!) The body color is darker than the product photo, though the scarf color seems exactly the same between the product photo and irl (for reference). It was a little surprising but I still love it.

Very cute and well made. OtakuOwlet shipped it out in a timely manner according to the expected release date (since I preordered). There are a few differences from the product photo though: The hair color is a slightly different blue irl than in photos (even my photos can't capture the exact blue it appears irl, but I'd say it's just "more blue" which I prefer). The scarf is not as full/loose, but I think this is because the scarf on mine was attached a bit lower on the back. The back of the head under the hair is also a slightly different skin color from the rest of the fabric used for the skin, but it's not much of an issue since it isn't normally visible. The overall face shape is also more square-ish and fuller in the front than the product photo (can see in my photo). I couldn't seem to mold it circular especially at the cheeks, but I like the shape that it is anyway. The face also sits a bit lower or the hair is sewn a little higher. Overall I think it is cute, the sewing is well done, and the colors are nice.

So cute! Came in this cute box where you can add other stuff from a collection! Unfortunately didn’t get any besides this one but it still looks cute!
